So, I downloaded Ubuntu Studio and I wanted to install it as my primary OS. I burned the ISO to a DVD and I tried booting from the CD. The language selection screen came up and then I chose the option which said Install Ubuntu Studio. Wee, then a black screen came up, the DVD stopped spinning and a white cursor kept blinking. Do I have to type something to install it?
Oh and I've also installed Ubuntu Lucid Lynx as my primary OS and I wish to replace that. And yeah, I was pretty surprised that there was no harddrive partition options like on the Ubuntu Lucid and Maverick installs. Some please help me out...

You can check md5 sum as described at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM)and if it is O.K. burn iso on lower possible speed. If you have Lucid installed look in synapitic for ubuntu-studio related packages and you will get Ubuntu studio that way.I think you will need rt-kernel.
