Install 10.04 from fat32 partition ?

I would like to know if anyone has installed 10.04 from a fat32 partition to an ext4 file system, on the same drive. I have searched but have not been able to find a way to mount the iso on the fat32 partition during the beginning of the install.

Anyone have any ideas ?
