[IMPORTANT] Cafe Opening

We have re-enabled the Community Cafe and other features, however, it should be noted that if we feel performance is suffering, we may still close the Cafe and other areas to ensure the forum remains usable.

Hopefully, it won't come to that, and we can enjoy the Cafe once more.
