Hi!
I have ubuntu 10.10, with 3 different kernel versions...
i used to be able to see the grub menu if i pressed ESC during boot to choose between different kernels, but i can't anymore :(
Can someone guide me? I have commented out the hidemenu line, and have set a larger timeout value of 20 seconds in my menu.lst file. I've tried doing update-grub as well :-\

It is the shift key in your version 10.10.

It is now grub2.
