Sorry, but I do not know where to post this...

I have Ubuntu 10.04, with cmake 2.8.0.
I was able to easily use the Synaptic Package Manager to install the old version of KyMyMoney 1.04.

I was able to download the new version of KyMyMoney and untar it. However, it is trying to make me use cmake, which is giving me errors.

I can't seem to find the "executable" to download the current version of KyMyMoney.

I rather not use cmake. I tried going to a website and the country code for US (United States), was not there, so I was not sure if ES would be good for United States.

Anyway, if someone could give me specific instructions on where do download the current version of KyMyMoney for Ubuntu, that would be appreciated.

I already know to look at the KyMyMoney forum, but I could not find that either...

Thank you,

- LarryTAKEOUT@seldin.net

If ever I want a package that is newer than those in the standard repos, I use google, or this forum, or even better www.googlubuntu.com and search for kmymoney ppa and lo and beholdthat link appeared.

Thanks ajgreeny for the link to googlubuntu. It looks interesting and I've added it to my bookmarks.

Here is a more general google search for linux:
