I have installed Ubuntu 10.10 Netbook instead of Windows (clean install). I would now like to install Windows 7 over Ubuntu, but I first need to convert the main partition from ext4 format to NTFS format. However I am unable to format the partition to NTFS, as I first need to unmount, but I can't do that because it is my main partition. Anything I can do to change the partition filesystem?

The windows 7 DVD should be able to format your hard drive for you but your going to lose all of your data and you can't change formats without losing everything on the partition you are reformatting.

Thanks! I missed the "delete partition" button in the setup.
