So, I have a custom gaming controller that needs its firmware upgraded. I have the hex file from the developer, but it only includes a Windows binary as a bootloader. I have WINE installed, but don't trust it enough with something that if it were to crash, would brick out a joystick.
So does anyone know of a good bootloader for Linux that will work with the 18LF2550 chip?
And yes, I've googled.
Also, I'm not sure if this is even the right section. If I'm wrong, please move it accordingly.
