Hey all,

I want to do some linear algebra, and was wondering if there was a version of Linpack for Ubuntu. Yes, I know about TNT, Atlas, and Lapack, but none of them have the stuff I want. Thanks.

While I don't know much about that type of software, would maxima be what you are looking for? It is a computer algebra systems (CAS) which can solve and plot equations.

Nah, I'm not looking for symbolic math software. More numerical math software.
