How can I use Docky without the 2 Gnome Panels?

Hi! I've removed the 2 Gnome Panels and I've installed AWN adding the 2 applets: "Nofitication Area" and "Indicator Applet". Now I was wondering if it's possible to use Docky instead of AWN in the same way... The only problem that I've noticed is that there ain't no "Nofitication Area" and "Indicator Applet" for this dock... so, how can I replace AWN with Docky completely (using also other software if it's necessary)?
