I'm new to wubi , I have usually dedicate a machine to linux. Anyway I was wondering if I could install Ubuntu using wubi , then run wubi again and install , lets say kubuntu. Is it possible?

What may be a better idea is install the Kubuntu desktop environment from your current installation and when you log into Ubuntu you will have the option to switch between them.

After installation below the greeter box when you type your password the choice will appear , select what you want to use and press enter.

sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

Hi and welcome to the forums sudo_user_name :-)

I agree with Frogs Hair that the easiest thing to do would be just install the package for the particular desktop environment and choose it at login time.
