Avoid unneeded updates after Evolution uninstall

I have uninstalled Evolution, but software update still insists on installing updates for Evolution. Is there any way to avoid this?

See witch packages update manager want to update and find these packages in synaptic.Mark them and under package tab>lock version.

Since I do not have Evolution installed, I do not see any reason to keep these packages on my system.

I should have thought of it before posting on this forum, but I have now marked every package related to Evolution that is not a dependency of packages I need for removal in Synaptics.
