"LC_CTYPE locale" error

Hi.

I got the following message on a java created web page (sun-java6-jre). The java application (which generates the web page) runs on Ubuntu 10.04.

"warning: cannot set LC_CTYPE locale"

What's wrong here?

How can I avoid this problem?

I did a quick check for the error code and came up with this.
