I have a small board computer (SBC) with a external display and touch screen. Now, I installed both Ubuntu 10.04 and the touch screen drivers and for the most part they work fine. Except for in the upper left corner where the Applications, Places, and System menus are. No matter what menu you click on, it automatically shifts over to the Applications menu. I have two drives, one is a dual boot with Windows 7 and Ubuntu 10.04 and it works just fine. But a new driver with only the operating system and touch screen drivers has the menu problems. I have tried several drives and they all have this problem. I was wondering if anyone might have any insights as to why the two drives behave differently.
