Kernel error

My Computer has been shut down for 9 hours. When I started it this morning, I had the following error:
error: couldn't read file
error: you need to load the Kernel first
Failed to boot both default and failback entries
Press any key to continue...

After pressing any key, nothing happen.
Can anybody help me on how to fix this. Thanks.
