I have recently installed Ubuntu on my 2008 Macbook. I have Ubuntu installed on other computers and to invert colors is "Super + M" for the screen, and "Super + N" for the window. On my mac however, "Super + N" inverts the color for the individual window, but i can't get "Super + M" to work. Any suggestions???

Those options are set in "System -> Preferences -> CompizConfig Settings Manager -> Negative". Sometimes those key combinations overlap with those of other apps. For me, Super+m opens the menu of the messages envelope instead:

Here is a possible workaround:

Another workaround would be of course to just change the shortcut for the Negative plugin.
