I've decided to build a new system. I been doing a lot of compatibility searches with little luck. I don't have a bunch of money to put into it but here is what I've been looking at. I have been very happy with Ubuntu 10.04 lts Lucid 32-bit version and thought I would install the 64-bit version on this. All of this is from newegg.com
I would like your input on this system. Are there any compatibility problems here?

Someone brought a couple of things to my attention. With that I'm setting up another system. The only thing I wish I could've thrown out a couple more dollars for is that the USB be 3.0 instead of 2.0. I took the AM2/AM3 to only AM3, DDR2 to DDR3 and a mini ATX to and an ATX. Well, here it is:

The motherboard includes an Integrated ATI Radeon HD4200, with HDMI output. You could consider just using it with no additional video card -- or get a motherboard with no on-board video. I have a 9400 GT video card, and it's fine.
If you go to this web page:
http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=LVmksAnszmVimOOp&content=specifications
you can download the "memory qualified vendor list." I suggest you stick to memory from that list. What you have chosen will probably work, but it's safer to stick to "qualified" memory.

Model #:F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ
Item #:N82E1682023122

According to newegg I can build this system for $313.96.
I'm going to install Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid 64-bit on it.
Thanks for the help gang.
