Use unetbootin to load a downloaded ISO.

Hello and welcome to Ubuntu Forums.

Unetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/) may be the best way. The fellas over at the Mint forums may have some better ideas, as I have seen complaints that their ISO doesn't work with Ubuntu's Startup Disk Creator application.
