Good day guys,
I've installed Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat to my aunt's PC, it works fine except it doesn't have sound. Here's the info about the device:
april@april-linux:~$ aplay -l
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 0: VT1708BCE Analog [VT1708BCE Analog]
Subdevices: 2/2
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
Subdevice #1: subdevice #1
card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 1: VT1708BCE Digital [VT1708BCE Digital]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
april@april-linux:~$ ^C
april@april-linux:~$

Any response will be appreciated thanks.
