Part of window appears off-screen

Hi all, there seems to be a problem. part of the window is not shown on the screen, the window is to big to fit on the screen. its very annoying when trying to change settings and have to click on the forward or close button. I've tried Alt+Dragleftmouse.

please help. (i'm very new to ubuntu)

The window seems to be bigger then the screen therefore its not fitting, can anyone help?

If the window is out of view for me, I right click on the application on the window manager area and click move. Don't press anything, just move the mouse so the window comes into view.

Try hitting F11 , if you set to full screen by accident this should restore it.
