I have Windows Vista 64 bit, used Wubi to install Ubuntu 10.10 34 bit as a dual boot. Logged into Ubuntu, played around a bit, it was working fine. Started installing updates when the SO came along and canceled the download because he thought it was hogging bandwidth. Since the updates were interrupted, I can't access Ubuntu at all. When I start my computer and get to the prompt to chose Vista or Ubuntu, if I select Ubuntu, the computer just reboots.

So, after I beat him over the head with a cast iron frying pan, what should I do? Can I make a boot disc or something to gain access to the OS and restart the updates? Or is it possible just reinstall right over the existing installation?
