Upgrade from DVD

I downloaded Ubuntu Studio. Wel when I entered the DVD the three first times a menu came for Upgrade or Update Manager and the other option I don't recall. Well I didn't have time at the moment to unstall had to take a bath to go on training well happily I came bakc and now... That menu is gone

How can I have it back? I have rebooted many times already, Should I run cdromupgrade on a terminal??
