I was wondering if someone could give me some advice with regards to updating Ubuntu 10.04

I have my system set up running to a T ( it's perfect )

How many of you have upgraded from 10.04 to 10.10 using the update manager, and what problems (if any) have you experienced?

Is it recommended to upgrade to 10.10 considering 10.04 is LTS?

Any ideas etc welcomed with open arms

My Advice is stick on 10.04. Because
1) It have long term support.
2) Best relese by Ubuntu

If it's working to a 'T' then you shouldn't worry about upgrading. There won't be a whole lot of noticeable changes for you if you went to 10.10.

I tried upgrading my netbook from 10.04 to 10.10 a few days ago, and now it's stuck.

So, my advice: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. In other words: stay on 10.04

I've heard from a friend whos been using Ubuntu since he could walk that he upgraded to 10.10 , had no network connection after, could not for the life of him get it working and ended up fresh installing back to 10.04. Think i'll stick with the LTS for a while , it does run sweet ;)
