No VPN conection after installing KDE

Hi...
i have ubuntu last version installed
and now i installed KDE and every thing is ok but when i want to creat a new VPN Conection
I cant The Add Button Is Not Enabled Why is that i really wanna use KDE i like it really

thanks i did and i have added VPN Connection but when i log on in KDE i cant see the connections on right bottom so i cant connect why is that happening after i installed that code and when i go to the network setting i see the my VPN But How to connect so iam waiting for you :(

when i go to the knetwork maneger from the KDE i see the conections on the right bottom the eth0 i active and the vpn is not when i click it itsays activating and then says nothing and nothing is happening could you please help me guys ??
