Hey, I just bought a pioneer HU for my car, but it cannot play music from my usb drive... i says error 32.. so it is not formatted on fat 32... anyway I can format my flash drive to fat32 under ubuntu?

Of course. Open gparted, unmount the drive and format it.
If you don't have gparted installed, install it with

sudo apt-get install gparted
