chat prog with voice.. between Ubuntu, OSX and win ?

So I have need for a way to communicate with speech, between my own Dapper Ubuntu box, the wife's laptop with OSX and, likely, two computers running Win 2K and win XP.

Whats the best solution ?

Skype has versions for all three OSes. They even have a .deb on their site for a quick and easy Ubuntu install. It works great!

Theres also Wengophone (http://www.wengo.com/index.php/download) and Gizmo (http://www.gizmoproject.com/download.php) that all work with the three OSes

Does Skype and Gizmo work for conference type of calls, with 5-6 people total ?
