I just installed ubuntu on a new pc with a intel gma 3150 graphics. everything worked fine on the LCD tv I was using at work but when i got home and plugged it in to my old projection the picture was scrolling and unreadable. i am also using a vga to svideo connector to connect to the tv. I find this weird cause i can hook my laptop up and get a picture just fine as long as my resolution isnt to high. So i was wondering if there was a way without having to go find another monitor or go back to my work to reset the resolution?
