Who are you, forward button

I am installing 10.10 on a Dell computer,when I get to the "Who are you?" screen the "Forward" button stays grayed out and the install will go no further. Any suggestions.

Usually this is caused by using a capital letter in the username field. No capitals allowed :-(
Also, just as a safety precaution, it is not a good idea when using the 10.10 installer, to select the "install alongside" option. It has a nasty habit of eating existing operating systems!

Yes, I was using capital letters, thanks for the help, I will try again.
