Does anyone knows a Informix connector for ubuntu?

That's the last thing I need for installing ubuntu server instead of windows 2003 server. :D

Not sure what you mean by "Informix connector".
You can get a JDBC driver and a Client SDK (which includes connectivity layer) from IBM website:

http://www-01.ibm.com/software/data/informix/downloads.html

I believe certain versions of ubuntu had/have Informix packages in the repositories.

Thank You! I think the 'Informix connect' is what I need. Let me try it and I'll let you know if it works.
