Hi everybody

My problem is that my wifi adapter stop working after system update incluing the kernel.
The wirless adapter is detected and supose to be workink, but doesn't detect any wifi signal and even dosen't connect with manual configuration (by command or gui).
My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5050 and the wireless adapter is an Ahteros AR5BXB63. Now I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 32bit and I haen had wifi issues since 9.04. If I run Ubuntu from a live cd (that is... without kernel update) there is no problem.

Is there a way to solve this problem without downgrading to 10.4?

Thanks :)
