Hello all,
I've been on the IRC all day trying to get this done and having no luck. I am still learning so please bare with me. Anyways, I installed 10.10 x64 on my 640GB drive a couple months ago. I created overly large partitions and don't need all of them separated on the new drive. What I want to do is "clone" everything to one single partition on the new drive. Only problem is, the /home partition is encrypted so I can't see it if I mount the old drive. I already did a fresh install of 10.10 x64 on the SSD.
I tried using Simple Backup, but it's not as simple as it claims.
CloneZilla isn't an option due to lack of space on the SSD.
All I am really concerned about is my home folder since all my documents and photos are there.
I tried Remastersys but it failed with an error saying the backup was too large for a DVD...
Please help!
