Just watched RiP on Hulu. I thought it was very very well done and this is coming from someone who doesn't have a single shred of pirated media in my library.
Note: It's a documentary. Not sure if that counts.
Just in case:

The Wraith (not the coolest but an awesome example of Chrysler propaganda from the 80's)
I just saw the oxford murders a few days ago and it was really good until the story came together and then it lost its way i think.

Pulp fiction and the Shawshank redemption are cool movies. Also I really loved City of God (Cidade de Deus). Its an brazilian movie about the life of two boys growing up in the favellas of Rio. You'll have to read subs because its all in Portugese.

Sneakers (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKprr3tEBew) - my favorite hacker movie of all time. For a movie about technology, it hasn't dated at all. More relevant now than ever.

In the context of this thred I'd say Revolution OS was decent, it taught me a lot about open-source history and was pretty entertaining too. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0308808/

Pan's Labyrinth. Simply outstanding. See it.
The Pianist. Brilliant.
And yes Leon is a good movie, even if a little silly.

Yes! I love this movie. Edward Norton is great. I suppose I will add: Kingdom Of Heaven, another Ed Norton.

Actually anything by Studio Ghibli deserves to be on this list.
