Hi All! I'm new to the Linux scene, and I am wondering how I can install OpenGL (not to program, to use for games and compiz) Do I need a special graphics card to use OpenGL? Google has been no help, can anyone explain this to me?

Welcome to the forums.

OpenGL is not a "program to install" - its just a framework that applications use to perform their graphics stuff. Its part of the default install of ubuntu.
