Hey, I just put the macubuntu theme on my ubuntu 10.10 distro, Just to see what it was like. So i changed back to my original theme, and for some reason the effect when i minimize and maximize stuff, the effect out of the "Docky" keeps happening... im not sure if there is a option in CCSM or Ubuntu tweak? as i have both installed.
Many thanks, Hope you can help.

I tried out macbuntu and kept it for a little while. However I uninstalled ubuntu tweak as soon as the macbuntu install script was finished. When it came to removing the theme, I ran the script that was provided. The effects still stayed the same but I was able to change these in compiz config settings manager.
Have you tried changing the settings in ccsm yet?

The plugin is called "Animations" (if this isn't obvious enough).
