I have gone to System > Prefecenses > Mouse, without viewing something that would help me.

It's easier than i thought

I went inside the interface of Firefox and made this steps.

1.In the address bar i wrote

2.I searched for the phrase "mousewheel.withnokey.sysnumlines" i made it "FALSE" with double-click on it.
3.I made a new command line search and wrote "mousewheel.withnokey.numlines" so i changed the number from 6 to 10 lines per scroll and everything were fixed.

Thank you ! But i made the solution myself.
