ubuntu forum app?

hey have searching around and unable to find an app for the ubuntu forums.
I don't even know if it is possible but i'd like it to.
show a pop up in the corner of the screen when someone posts on a thread I have subscribed to.
Also to show new posts in a section might be nice e.g community Cafe.
So does anyone know of an app or if it is possible?

I've never heard of an app for the forums but I'm sure it's possible. I think it would be good if it were incorporated into Gwibber. Perhaps post it on here - http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/
