Hello,
I'm trying to install Ubuntu 8.04 on my computer (yes...I know version 10 is out...I will get it when I get this version installed).
Here's my dilemma, I get through all the way to the partition. I don't have Windows on the computer, so I check the button labeled something like "Whole Disk" or something along those lines. So, after a while (about 1+ hour), it all of a sudden turns into a black screen with the "running" mouse on top of it. The screen isn't frozen, the mouse is still moving, and it sounds like the computer is still "chugging" away.
Am I just impatient? Or is it something more? Should I re-install it?
