I've been keeping-up with the tablet buzz at CES through Twitter and other sites, and it looks like the Motorola Xoom is the hottie right now:

Hopefully they sell it by itself because I don't want yet another device tied to the cell company, but we'll see. Also there's no telling on price... but I'm guessing less than the iPad to stay competitive.
