Can you tell me how to watermark in Phatch?

I installed Phatch but I can not figure out how to use it. Documentation sucks. I want to watermark a ton of images. Can someone get me started? Or at least agree that with me that Phatch is not easy to figure out?

I think I am making some progress. But I need to know where the watermarks are stored so I can create my own.
