how to get bottom panel back?

i got rid of my bottom panel and placed a dock there well now i would like my bottom panel and maybe even top one back but i cant figure out how?

Right click the top of screen and select new panel , repeat to restore the bottom panel. right click the panels select add to panel . from the menu add the applets you need or want.
