I am new to Ubuntu. I want to know that do Ubuntu have some software for language translation and language typing that is translation from English language to Urdu language. And is there any possible way of writing text in Urdu or Arabic?

Try , system > administration > language support > install / remove languages.
The languages you wrote about are listed there , but I have never used any translation software , so have no advice .

take a look at apertium in synaptic, there are also apertium packages with data, check if yours is listed there.

I have read that you also have to install lttoolbox, I don't know if it comes standard with it.

apertium-tolk if a GUI for apertium.
