detach remotely run X app and leave running?

I know of now way to do this, but perhaps, if you explain what you are trying to do, someone could guide you cli or web-interface?

Thanks, but I'm not really satisfied with the CLI alternatives out there. I was hoping to accomplish something similar to what you can do with screen but with a GUI app. Somebody (that knows what they are doing, unlike me) needs to write an Xscreen [-o<
