How do I get Gnome Do to work inside of Docky like in this video:

All i have is the dumb, blue Docky settings icon..

If you're using an old enough version of Gnome Do, then you actually choose Docky as the theme for Gnome Do (no separate installation of Docky) to achieve this effect.

At some point more recently than that video was made, Docky was split apart from Gnome Do into its own project, and AFAIK they are currently not integrated. Longer term the plan is supposedly to make them work together again.
