Hello everyone.

Have just installed Ubuntu - dual boot with Windows 7. So am still learning day to day. Still a novice tho'!

Obviously Ubuntu/linux is a 'free' OS and I'm am eventually looking to work abroad from UK, hopefully in a Linux environment.

I cannot afford to just leave and would be looking a job using Linux - being a free OS I'm sure many companies abroad would utilise this as a money saving OS.

I was thinking of somewhere HOT - am sick of UK weather and X factor dumbing down, etc, etc

I'm just wondering has or does anyone work with Linux abroad?

If so, where and does it pay?

Cheers,

Sq.

I haven't worked abroad, but you might get more relevant feedback if you told us what kind of work you would like to do with Linux as well as what kind of qualifications you already have.
