I never really liked rap till I found this rap news on youtube.
number 6 cracked me up.

The sad thing is this is probably some peoples only source of political news.

never really enjoyed rap music. More of a metal-head.

But I gotta admit that rap-news thingie was really well written and played. :-)

Since when is ANY form of news delivery a sad thing?

Last I checked, youtube is a fairly popular place... My 14 year old son said he had already seen #6 when I brought it to his attention, and that in itself is mind blowing considering he does not care at all for "normal" news outlets or venues..

Point being, it carried it's message to an audience that needs to hear it, IMHO

News delivery itself is never a sad thing. I just feel it is a bad thing when people who live in a democratic society only pay attention to important issues if its presented in an all "singin, all dancing" format.

If it reaches some people and makes them think - great, it can only be a bonus. I just hope its not the ONLY way people will pay attention.
