Hi All,
I am fairly new to Xubuntu and it's been a while since I worked in a *nix desktop environment.
Everything is running well except that my maximum screen resolution is limited to 1024x768.
I'd like to run in 1280x1024 on my Nvidia TNT2 m64 card.
Can someone explain how I could possible force the mode to be recognized?
Perhaps a sample xorg.conf file?
Note that I also found the following which seems to address the auto-detection, but I assume that it has not been released yet:

If overriding the config is not possible, then what would it take to get that fix on my machine?
