Getting a new HDD - transfer installation across

Hey, what's the best way to transfer across one hdd to another?

I want to avoid setting up my kubuntu 10.10 instance again and hoping there's a way to easily clone it across

Consider using Clonezilla.

http://www.clonezilla.org

There are many other options also but Clonezilla is the most oftenly recommended one. Other options might be coming soon ;-)
