Hi. I installed Ubuntu 10.10 (64bit) on my computer today. I am experiencing a very slow start up. I waited four minutes (before i stopped counting). Do you know what the reason for that can be?
I am using a core2quad (2.4GHz) processor and 2GB memory. I also installed windows 7 before ubuntu, so it starts in grub.
