i have downloaded titanium-Developer-1.2.2.tgz from the official appcelerator website.
i have untarred them into my home directory.
then i ran, the Titanium Developer file from the untarred directory.
it asked me where to install: i selected /opt/titanium.
then it showed 2 out of 2 files being downloaded.
after that i re-ran the Titanium Developer from the untarred directory (not from /opt/titanium).
then it gave an option to Cancel or Run - i chose Run (duh).
then nothing happens.
WHAT DO I DO THEN????????

hello there,

same problem here. The only difference is that i installed it to my home folder.
Does anyone knows how i will be able to run this program?
Also in order to uninstall it, the only think i have to do is to delete the .titanium folder in my home directory?
Thank you
