Interesting list. Power management is a key issue for me as well. I remember reading a post by an Ubuntu user with a new Acer Timeline X laptop. Gets 8 hours under Windows, but only 5.5 hours with Ubuntu. Something to do with Acer firmware that keeps the DVD drive off until it's used.

I was a bit surprised that social networking integration didn't come up, considering how popular that is nowadays. Although I guess the Me Menu already took care of that.
