Disable reading from external data storage(Flash,cd)??

How I can disable reading from pc drivers while my application is running?? and how i can erase any thing copied to the clipboard??
I need this for my system; i need to prevent students to use an external codes from USB or something, and I want to prevent them from (Copy-Paste) code from another file
i need it in java???

you could look at the inhibit option in udisks command.

but students will always find a way around.

do you mind if they print out the code and copy it by hand? no software will stop that.
